Living Skills Workshop:
Fermentation and Preserving Foods
Saturday 14 July 2018  2:00 - 4:00pm

Come to learn how to preserve and ferment food surplus from the garden or when they are in cheap supply at the supermarkets. They can be made at home very easily, mainly from ingredients commonly found in most households, garden herbs and using simple kitchen utensils. 

We will make a simple fermentation recipe. Bring a jar to take home some fermented food that we will make.

This workshop will be conducted by Margaret Mossakowska.
