Three presentations on the art of making something yummy and packed with nutrients.

Barbara is going to show and tell how to make fresh homemade tempeh which is considered to be one of the most delicious and nutritious plant based foods ever!


Yuki is going to share his knowledge of how to make miso, a salty savoury umami rich paste that is packed with protein, vitamins and minerals. It is a key ingredient in amazingly tasty dishes found in many Asian countries including Japan, China and Korea, to just name a few.


Wendy will discuss and do a demonstration on using excesses from the garden to make dips.
