With the extreme water events getting more common as the climate changes, our gardens need to be able to survive both drought and deluge. Learn about waterwise gardening: how to build water holding structures such as swales, rain/bog gardens or wicking beds as well as see the ways of increasing water holding capacity of the soil.

This workshop will be held in a large garden where you can see examples of wicking beds, swales and a banana pit.
