PSN Monthly gathering – LIVE & Zoom film night!

7pm Monday 15th November

Lindfield Seniors Community Hall, 259 Pacific Hwy & via Zoom

Join us IN PERSON or via Zoom for a night of short films, discussions and socialising!

We will show two short films from the Happen Films collection:

  • Life with Less Waste – the inspiring story of a zero-waste family of five in Hobart, Australia. Lauren, Oberon, and their kids have found ways to produce almost no rubbish – they’ve only filled one small jar of waste in two years!
  • The Plummery Kat Lavers has a small suburban Melbourne home but her backyard permaculture garden measuring only 100sq/m produces over 400 kg of food year-round! Kat describes her approach to gardening, including vertical and biointensive growing, and how important it is for city dwellers to be food resilient in the face of natural, financial and social crises.

We will have tea, coffee and supper so feel free to bring some food to share. Members of the Hornsby group will be serving.

Please be aware that due to COVID restrictions:

  • You must be fully vaccinated and register online to attend in person.
  • You must check-in on arrival and show your vaccination certificate.
  • You must wear a mask (except when eating or drinking).
  • Please do not attend if you feel unwell.

If you aren't fully vaccinated or can't make it to Lindfield, we will be live-streaming films and discussion via Zoom.
