Visit a Thriving Community Garden in Artarmon
11am–1pm Thursday 9 May

Artarmon Parklands Community Garden has been running for 4 years. They have invited us to join them on one of their regular gardening days at morning teatime  at 11 AM to see what they have achieved and how they are organizing it all.

Glenda, the co-ordinator , will present an overall view of what is going on and then we can wander around the garden with some of the regulars, check out their pet projects, and generally see how a community garden works. 

We suggest you arrive a bit before 11.00  just to look around.

Morning tea is an informal talk time. Bring your own water or preferred drink and maybe some biscuits or similar to share.
