Living Skills: First Aid workshop 

with Pat Collins

Saturday 12th July 10-4pm Roseville

This will be a hands-on all-day workshop with Pat Collins, a herbalist from the Total Health and Education Centre in Muswellbrook.

Pat will be instructing us how to make A First Aid Kit which is something that every home should have.  The products we will make and take home will include:

 1. A.R Cream (Arthritis)

 2. Hypericum Plus Oil

 3. Healing Cream

 4. Epsom Salts (useful for burns)

 5. Ginger Capsules

 6. Calendula Tincture

 7. Charcoal Capsules

 8. Mullein Oil

 9. Cayenne Capsules

10. Rescue Remedy

11. Selsalts

12. Phytolacca Ointment

13. Wild Weed Ointment

14. Sage Capsules

15. Insect Repellent Cream

16. Slippery Elm Capsules

Pat Collins will discuss the uses of each of the products.

This workshop is subsidised by Permaculture Sydney North and is only available to paid up members.
