Boongala Native Gardens and Rainforest is an 11 acre property located in Kenthurst, NSW. These extensive gardens have been developed over a number of years by Mal and Jenny Johnston. The property also includes a lush rainforest, which has been maturing for the last 25 years. When you visit Boongala you will discover a wide range of Australian plants, wildflowers and the birdlife they attract.

Boongala Gardens is a great place to spend the day with your family. There are tables and chairs available to those who would like to have a picnic lunch within the gardens (no BBQs please).

A large range of native plants are for sale on site at the gardens. These include bird-attracting, rainforest and bushtucker plants. These plants are available in various sizes (tubestock and larger).

A chance for Hornsby Group to have a social, however this is a public, open event so anyone is welcome – bring the whole family!

Cost

The price for this year has not been advertised yet but is likely to be $5 for garden entry and $5 for the rainforest tour at 11am. Check the below website for updated information nearer the day.
