The Living Soil -  a soil workshop

BRING YOUR OWN SOIL

For those who have not completed a soil workshop, or are troubled by why their soil is not producing enthusiastically despite the recent rain, we are doing a basic workshop plus social gathering on Sunday, 2^nd of November this year.

Stephanie will talk about the structure of good soil  and all its many living components,  visible and invisible, and the nutrients that make plants grow. And how to improve it.

We will discuss and test the acidity /alkalinity (pH) of soil   and how that affects the uptake of nutrients, and how that can be improved. And lots more.

If you bring a small sample of your own soil you can test it here and learn how to do it at home.

As is usual  we will follow with tea or coffee and something nice to eat,  and conversation.

Please bring  a plate of something to eat   - tea and coffee provided.

This will be at my place in Lindfield, although Stephanie will be the speaker. The event is organised by the Ku-ring-gai local group.
