Farm Visit - The Family Paddock

The PSN Ku-ring-gai group is organising  a visit to a permaculture  farm in the Hawkesbury region.

This event is open to all members. 

The Family Paddock is a working farm run by Angela Bischler, the current President of the Sydney Edible Garden Trail.

The farm is a 14-acre patch of a fruit orchard (50 trees), veggie garden, geese, chickens, guinea fowl, sheep and cows and bees. A practical homestead of sustainable living using permaculture principles.

Come and learn and be inspired by what  Angela and her family have been doing to to cultivate the land for some  amazing food production.

We will have lunch after the tour  so pack something you can share (if possible) for lunch.

North Richmond is about an hour’s drive from Lindfield. Car pooling is recommended. Please let us know if you can take passengers or wish to request a ride and let us know your suburb.

Meet at 8.30am at the farm gate.
