Spanish Seafood Paella

The Ku-ring-gai group is having a special cooking event with fellow member Corinne Bozsoky.  Yes, it is the popular Paella dish.

Do you know that Paella actually refers to the shallow pan the food is cooked in, not the dish itself.

Corinne will explain the theory behind the seafood paella. There will be  a demonstration of how to prepare the seafood, meat, spices, rice, and then to cook the dish in the shallow pan.

The theme is Colourful International. We will have the yummy seafood paella for lunch. The venue is about 850m walk from Gordon train station.  Any questions please contact Ku-ring-gai coordinator Siew at Kuringgai_coord@permaculturenorth.org.au

Cost: $15 (members only). Registrations are only confirmed when payment has been received. This event is open to all PSN members. Numbers are limited to 12 due to venue size.
