Introduction to Permaculture May-June 2014

The course will take place on 7 Saturdays from 10 May to 28 June 2014 with no class on 7th June. That is 10th, 17th, 24th, 31st May and 14th, 21st, and 28th June.

The course will follow the book Introduction to Permaculture, written by co-founder Bill Mollison. Your payment of $250 includes the cost of the course and a copy of the Intro book.

Each Saturday of the course will be 9 am to 4 pm. 

The course will help you develop the skills and acquire the knowledge to enable you to create a design for your own permaculture space such as community garden, backyard or balcony.

You will learn about land features, plant and animal systems and permaculture design techniques to enable you to create a highly productive and interesting garden. In the process you will meet like-minded people who are passionate about sustainable living and permaculture.

You will gain a good solid grounding in the principles and practices of permaculture led by experienced and enthusiastic permies in a variety of interesting demonstration venues.

Please note the last day of the course, 28th June, is the first day of the school holidays.
