Martyn is back by popular demand to speak at the March gathering of Permaculture Sydney North (PSN) at the Lindfield Community Centre, on Monday 16th March 2015 at 7pm. All welcome!

If you have frogs you want to identify, bring some pictures or recordings of their calls.

And if you heard Martyn entertain last year at PSN back in 2013 and were inspired to build ponds or bat houses or bee homes, please bring photos and stories to share with Martyn.

March Mushroom Hunt - Blue Mountains

This is the first mushroom hunt in 2015 and the registrations are open to members only!
As we do every year, we will go to one of the State Forests beyond Blue Mountains, identify and collect edible mushrooms, then prepare a scrumptious lunch and also learn how to preserve the bounty. Your guide will be Margaret Mossakowska.

Small knife, fork, eating bowl/plate, water, drinks (wine if you wish), and a perforated container for collected mushrooms (wicker or plastic baskets are the best). Be warned that we do pick a lot so don’t bring something too small.

If you would like to pickle some of your harvest, bring a few sterilised jars (100-200g size) with lids.

Please wear good shoes and warm clothes, including rain gear.

If you would like to register please click the button to the left or email
