North Indian Vegetarian Cooking Workshop

Join the Living Skills Team for an exciting hands-on workshop with Kusum where we will learn about North Indian Vegetarian Cooking.
Kusum will teach us about the Indian spices used in this style of Indian cooking. We will be making two dishes, Chole (chickpea curry) and Aloo (potato curry). We will also learn how to make Puris which is a delicious type of bread to eat with them. We will do this from scratch, from mixing the dough, rolling it out into shapes and cooking it.
When the dishes are ready, we will all eat lunch together and consume the delicious food that we cook.
Tea and coffee will be provided.
What to bring: apron, rolling pin and snacks to share with the group after lunch
URGENT - DUE TO THE MEDICAL ALLERGY OF A PARTICIPANT WE ASK THAT YOU PLEASE DO NOT WEAR ANY SYNTHETIC PERFUME TO THIS EVENT.
